With over 15 years of experience designing and developing menus for prestige events, venues and clients. Michael has expanded his palette, and creativity to maximise the flavours he adds to each dish.

With a huge passion for food, flavour and family - Michael puts his heart into helping create a menu tailored specifically to your taste. We will work closely with you to ensure that every detail is captured through every element on your plate!

The Tasting Kitchen
YOUR PERSONAL TASTING EXPERIENCE
We love to design your menus, create new dishes and experiment with new flavours, but there is nothing we love more than tasting them!
As part of your journey with 'Di Bella' - we'll host your very own private tasting experience at our Chef's Table situated in and amongst the idyllic surroundings of Hillsdown Farm.

A chance for you to explore your proposed menu with us, ensuring that everything from presentation to produce is right for you.

All our of our produce is locally sourced, and some ingredients even come straight off the farm! So you'll have the opportunity to see exactly where the journey of your food starts.
